እንዴት አካውንትዎን ማጥፋት ይችላሉ · How to request deletion
1. በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ · In the app (self-serve, instant)
ወደ ሒሳብዎ ይግቡ፣ ወደ የአካውንት ቅንብሮች ይሂዱ፣ እና "አካውንት ማጥፋት" የሚለውን ይጫኑ። የይለፍ ቃልዎን በማስገባት ወዲያውኑ ይጠፋል።
Log in, go to Account Settings, and select "Delete Account." Confirm with your password — deletion is immediate and permanent.
2. ወደ አካውንትዎ መግባት ካልቻሉ · If you can't log in
ከተመዘገቡበት ኢሜይል ወደ ethiorealstate1@gmail.com የአካውንት ማጥፋት ጥያቄ ይላኩ። በ30 ቀናት ውስጥ እናጠፋዋለን።
Email ethiorealstate1@gmail.com from your registered address requesting deletion. We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
ምን ይጠፋል · What is deleted
- •ስምዎ፣ ኢሜይልዎ፣ ስልክ ቁጥርዎ (የአካውንት) እና የይለፍ ቃልዎ ለዘላለም ይጠፋሉ።
Your account name, email, account-level phone number, and password are permanently deleted. - •የወደዷቸው/ያስቀመጧቸው ዝርዝሮች (ተወዳጆች) ይጠፋሉ።
Your saved/favorited listings are deleted. - •የደላላ መገለጫ ካለዎት (ካረጋገጡ) አብሮ ይጠፋል።
Your broker profile, if you have one, is deleted.
ምን ይቆያል · What is retained
- •ያስተላለፏቸው የንብረት ዝርዝሮች (ርዕስ፣ መግለጫ፣ ፎቶዎች እና በዝርዝሩ ላይ የገቡት የዕውቂያ መረጃ) ታትመው ይቆያሉ፣ ግን ከአካውንትዎ ጋር ግንኙነታቸው ይቋረጣል።
Property listings you published (title, description, photos, and any contact info you entered on that specific listing) remain published so buyers and renters relying on that listing aren't unexpectedly affected — but the listing is unlinked from your account. We do this deliberately: deleting your account never silently deletes a listing. - •ዝርዝርዎን ማጥፋት ካስፈለገዎት አካውንትዎን ከማጥፋትዎ በፊት በ የኔ ዝርዝሮች ውስጥ ያጥፉት።
If you want a specific listing removed too, delete it yourself from My Listings before deleting your account — or mention it in your deletion request email. - •ማንነትዎን የማይለይ የተጠቃለለ ትንታኔ (Google Analytics) ይቆያል፤ ከእርስዎ ጋር ተያይዞ አይቆይም።
Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (Google Analytics) is retained; it is not tied back to your deleted account.
